Overview of common login types
Several systems used in the real estate industry rely on different credentials. Access depends on your membership status and the tools you are eligible to use.
RAE login credentials
RAE login credentials are used by RAE members to access Association‑managed systems.
These credentials provide access to:
- RAE’s MLS® System, including Paragon Connect and Paragon Classic
- The RAE Member Portal
- AREA Data Co‑op, accessed through the RAE Member Portal and Paragon
If you are not an RAE member, you will not have RAE login credentials.
Paragon Connect app login
The Paragon Connect app uses its own login credentials that are tied to an authorized Paragon user account.
This login applies only to:
- The Paragon Connect mobile app downloaded from Apple App Store or Google Play
Access to the app and its credentials is restricted to users who have been set up through the Association.
REALTOR.ca SSO login
A REALTOR.ca single sign‑on (SSO) login is managed by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
This login provides access to:
- CREA WEBForms®
- CREA Member Portal, including the RAE Learning Hub
- AREA Member Portal
Creating and activating a REALTOR.ca SSO login is required for members who use CREA services. Non‑members may not be eligible to activate an account.
Additional tools with separate logins
Some industry tools use their own login methods and are not connected to RAE or REALTOR.ca credentials, such as:
- Supra Web, which is tied to an eKey
- Spin2, which is set up independently by the user
- Lifeworks, which has its own access requirements
Availability depends on your role and membership status.
