Get a verification code by email if you don’t have your phone

If you can’t access your phone during sign‑in, you can use email as an alternate multi‑factor authentication (MFA) method to receive your verification code.

This option helps you complete sign‑in securely when your mobile device isn’t available.

Use email to receive your verification code

After you sign in, select Send code via Email
Select Email as the verification method
Check your inbox for an email from RAE Technology (this should contain a verification code)
- Subject line: Your RAE Login authentication code
Enter the verification code from the email, click Continue

You’ll be signed in once the code is verified.

NOTE: Verification emails are sent from technology@therae.com. If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.
