As real estate is a self-regulated industry, we must all work together to ensure that we continue to uphold the integrity and professionalism of our industry. One part of that is working with the Industry Standards and Practice Department at the RAE when issues arise between Members.
We know the process of submitting or receiving a complaint may seem daunting, so we’ve created a seven-part series to walk you through what a Professional Standards and Arbitration complaint process may look like.
