The seller side of the Collaboration Center uses the same portal system as the buyer side, offering your seller clients statistical insights into who is viewing, favoriting, and recommending their listing.
The statistics displayed match those in the Listing Activity Report (accessible via Select an Action in Listing Maintenance) but are presented in a more visually appealing format. One key advantage of the seller's portal is that clients can access it at any time and receive automated email reports.
Is your Seller Client buying a home too? No problem! They can collaborate with you as both a buyer and a seller in one seamless, easy-to-navigate experience.
Note: If this is your first time using the Collaboration Center, you'll need to follow the Collaboration Center Setup Wizard to create the site. The setup is the same for both buyer and seller sides, so you only need to complete it once. |
Details about the My Property tab and listing statistics can be found in this guide.
