Collaboration Sell Side provides statistical information about who is viewing, favoriting, and recommending the seller's listing. Is your Seller Client buying a home too? No problem! They can collaborate with you as both a buyer and a seller in one easy-to-navigate experience.
Note: if this is the first time you have used the Collaboration Center, you will have to follow the Collaboration Center wizard to set up a site. The Buy side and Sell side use the same setup, so you only need to do this once total.
Follow the steps below on how to assign a contact to your listing to set up Sell Side for your client on Paragon Connect. Want to set it up on Paragon Classic, learn how here.
Assign a Contact
Step 1: Tap the green plus sign to assign a contact to a listing.
Step 2: A list of all contacts will open. Search for the contact you want to assign the listing to.
Step 3: Enter a personalized Welcome Message and schedule how often you and your client receive updates. Click Complete & Send Invite.
A confirmation will pop-up letting you know it has been successfully associated and the welcome email has been sent.
View and Edit Sell-Side Settings
Tap the pink pencil icon to view and edit the Collaboration Center settings for your contact.
Here you can do the following:
- Remove the contact from the listing
- Disable (or enable) the Sell Side Site, which will be visible on your contacts Collaboration Center site
- Change the frequency of email notifications for your client
- Change the frequency of email notifications for yourself
