Effective communication with your clients is key to a successful real estate transaction. Quickly responding to their comments ensures that you stay engaged and demonstrate your commitment to their needs. In this guide, you’ll learn how to access and reply to client comments promptly using Paragon Connect.
Paragon Connect Dashboard
The fastest way to see if your clients have made comments—besides receiving email notifications—is by checking the Active Buyers and Unread Comments widgets on your Paragon Connect dashboard.
Active Buyers Widget
This widget shows recent client activity from the last 7 days. If a client has left a comment, an orange badge () with the number of comments will appear next to their contact. Tap the badge to view or respond to the comment.
- If there's only one comment, the Comment pop-up will open, allowing you to reply directly.
- If there are multiple comments, you’ll be taken to the Comments page in the client’s record, where you can respond to each. Bolded listings indicate unread comments.
Unread Comments Widget
If you see that a client commented on a listing via the Active Buyers widget, look for the Unread Comments widget. Here, you can view and respond to recent comments from your prospective buyers.

The Dashboard is perfect for getting an overall look at your client’s interests and actions. To dive deeper, navigate to their Contact Record for a more detailed view.
Contact Record
You can also access and respond to comments from the client's Contact Record. This allows you to view the entire comment history for a more detailed interaction with your client.
- Click the Menu (), then click Contacts.
- Find the client's contact record and click on their name.
- Click Comments.
