You get a message that one of your clients has left a comment on a listing in Paragon. You want to respond in as timely a manner as possible.
The home page of Paragon Classic and Paragon Connect allows you to quickly and easily access and respond to comments left by your clients.
On Paragon Connect, once logged in, scroll to the lower part of the page and the header called "Latest Comments". Here you will see the client's name, some basic listing details and the first few words of their comment.
Clicking on the "View Detail" will allow you to view the listing the clients are referring to, and clicking on "Reply" will open a dialogue box (as shown below) where you can see all comments in the conversation and also enter your reply, which once submitted, will appear on your Clients' Collaboration page.
On Paragon Classic from the Contact Activity widget, you will see a "number" if there are new comments within the days back as set at the bottom of the widget.
Selecting Comments will open a window similar to what is shown on Paragon Connect
Again you can click on the ML number and open the listing to add your comments or you can also just click on Reply to add your comments without opening the listing.
The newest comment added by either you or your clients will always be at the top of the list whether viewing on Paragon Connect or Classic.
