On the dashboard, you’ll notice a Hotsheet Alerts () icon on the top app bar. This Hotsheet Alerts monitors updates to Hotsheet searches with alerts. You can set up to 20 Hotsheet Alerts.

Each saved alert card displays highlighted circle when new updates are found and a count of how many updates there are. Once you’ve viewed your updates, the circle count resets to zero and changes to gray. This indicates there are no new updates since the last time the Hotsheet was checked. |
Each card includes links to All Results, Updates, and a More Options () icon.
1. All Results: This link takes you to a thumbnail view of all Hotsheet records found with this saved Hotsheet.
2. Updates: This link shows a thumbnail view of only the new Hotsheet records since the last check.
3. More Options: Tap the More Options icon to access additional settings and features related to the Hotsheet.

Adding an Alert
Follow these steps to add an alert to either a new search or an existing saved Hotsheet search:
New Search
1. Enter your search criteria, then tap Save.

Note: If you already have 20 alerts enabled, this option will be greyed out.
Saved Hotsheet Search
1. On the Hotsheet search screen, tap More Options (), then tap My Hotsheet Searches.
2. On the saved Hotsheet card, tap More Options (). Then tap Add Alert.
3. This action will add a new Hotsheet Alert () icon to the card, indicating that an alert has been set.
Removing an Alert
If you no longer wish to receive notifications for a specific Hotsheet search, you can easily remove the alert. This is particularly useful if you reach the limit of 20 active alerts and need to manage your notifications more effectively. Here’s how to remove an alert:
1. Tap More Options ()on the saved Hotsheet card.
2. Select Remove Alert. This will remove the alert and the pink fire icon from the card.
