Quickly review every message you've sent to a specific contact—including emails, text messages, and Collaboration Center notifications—right from their profile page. Tap Message History to view a full communication history in one place.
Filter Contact Message History
Tap Filter () to filter the displayed messages by type—Automatic, Manual, or SMS—and/or by date range.
Search Contact Message History
Tap the search icon (). Start typing—matching results appear automatically based on the message subject.
Preview Contact Messages
Tap any message to preview its contents. You'll see a preview of the following:

Delete Contact Messages
Tap the icon next to each message you want to delete, then tap Delete ().
For a complete view of all your client communications, go to Message History under My Content to see messages across all contacts.
