Types of Alerts in the Message Center

The Message Center displays two main types of alerts: 1. Required Action NeededThese alerts notify you of items that need your attention or follow-up:
2. MessagesThese messages come from RAE and include important updates like system maintenance notices, system outages, RAE news and event announcements. |
Expiring Listings
Tap Listings about to expire to see which of your listings will expire within the next seven days. The Published Listings page automatically filters to show only these expiring listings, making it easy to review and take action—whether you’re extending the listing or preparing to relist.
You’ll also see the number of expiring listings in the My Inventory widget on your dashboard. Daily email alerts begin seven days before expiration and if you use the Paragon Connect mobile app, you’ll receive push notifications that take you straight to your Published Listings page with expiring listings already filtered for action. |
Search Notifications About to Expire
The Message Center also tracks search notifications nearing expiration for your contacts. Each alert shows key details like the contact’s last access to the Collaboration Center and days until expiration.

To renew all expiring notifications at once, tap Extend All (3) at the top of the page. |

Messages

The latest message appears at the top, with messages sorted from newest to oldest. Each message includes a subject line and the date it was published. Unread messages subject line will be in bold font and the icon will be highlighted until the message is opened and read. Messages will remain in the list until they are deleted or expire. Once expired, the message is automatically removed. |
