If you ever go to a keybox - yours or another agent - and try to activate the box, but pressing up doesn’t do anything it is possible that the box has a broken key container.
If you ever come across a key container that is broken, please contact the owner of the keybox as soon as you can, because if you close it with a broken container, it may not open again! #RAETechTip
