New and updated Bathroom fields are in effect as of August 17, 2022.
Working with the Member Services Committee, the Change Request subcommittee and consulting with Associations across Canada, bathroom levels will be coming soon to Paragon! This means that the way we enter bathrooms today will be changing; instead of entering how many of a predetermined number of baths, you will enter how many pieces, the bath level and whether it is an ensuite for each bath number. There will be twelve bath spaces available.

1. What will happen to the current bathroom fields and data?
The current bathroom fields (1-pc Bath, 2-pc Bath, 3-pc Bath, 4-pc Bath, 5-pc Bath, 6-pc Bath, 2-pc Ensuite Bath, 3-pc Ensuite Bath, 4-pc Ensuite Bath, 5-pc Ensuite Bath, 6-pc Ensuite Bath) will be retired. All the data will be mapped to the new fields by Black Knight, but the levels will be blank until the listing agent updates the listing.
2. What happens when I update an Active or Pending Listing?
When maintaining any Active or Pending listing, it will be required to complete the new Bathroom Level fields before you will be able to save the listing.
3. How do I enter the bathrooms and do I need to put zeros in?
Previously, you entered the number of baths under the specified # of pieces fields and put zeros under the ones that didn't apply. Now, you enter how many pieces Bath 1, Bath 2 Bath 3 etc. have and do not have to enter any zeros.

4. Is there a New Detail Report that shows bathroom levels?
"Agent Detail 3.0" and "Client Detail 3.0" reports are now available and will be set as the new default reports on Paragon that contains the bathroom levels fields.
Make sure you are using the new reports under Preferences > System Preferences > Results. Update 'Details Report' to 'Agent Detail 3.0' and 'Manual Email' to 'Client Detail 3.0.'
Note: Older reports (Agent/Client Detail 2.0) that have the retired bathroom fields will be replaced with total bath/half bath/full bath counts. Click here to learn how to check and reset your default report settings.
5. The new report only has space for seven baths, what if I need more?
A new 2-page "Agent Detail 3.0 2pg" and "Client Detail 3.0 2pg" Agent and Client detail report have been created to include all bathrooms. It will also include additional information that did not fit on the default.
6. What will happen if I have Saved Searches and Auto-Notifications using bathroom fields?
If you have any saved searches that used the bathroom fields prior to this change, we recommend removing the fields from the search, as the results may not count these criteria.
NOTE: This does not apply to the Total Baths, Half Baths and Full Baths, these will continue to function the same way.
7. Will my email auto-notification reports automatically update?
Unfortunately, they will not update automatically. To update, go to your contact and click on the search name. Click 'Email Notification' and then click 'Edit Notification'.
Note: This only applies to Email Notifications. Collaboration Center notifications do not need to be updated.
8. How do I search the new fields?
In addition to the new bathroom fields, use the "Feature (Multi-Select)" criteria field called "Baths Level."
