Buyer Activity - Archive Listings Card

The buyer activity within the contact now includes a card containing counts from Archived Listings.

An Archived Listing is a listing your buyer marked as a favourite or possible that is not tied to a saved search. This typically results from changes to the search criteria, or the listing data is updated to the point it no longer matches your saved search.

Since these are still important to your buyers, we have moved them into an Archived Listing card. It shows you the total count of archived listings. As well as a breakdown of the favourite and possible listings.

Note: Undecided and rejected listings are not kept if the criteria of the search or listing are updated.

Thumbnail View

The thumbnail view in Paragon Connect is getting an upgrade. This new thumbnail view not only is faster and more responsive than its previous version, but it also has a few other characteristics that set it apart.

The fonts are larger and darker in colour making it easier to read. The status bar in the previous version has been removed from the photo allowing for the photo to be more visible. Also, a new class-specific field has been added to the key details.

It is important to note that the new thumbnail view can only be found within the Contact Module at this time. Additional view updates are being analyzed and developed and Black Knight did not want to interrupt your daily business until all these updates are complete.

Actions Bar
When you check one or more listings a gray actions bar will open showing you options you can take on those listings. The new thumbnail view’s contextual bar opens now at the very top allowing for more viewing area.
The same share options will be available in the new thumbnail view. (Email, text, copy link, etc.)
Currently only Driving Directions are available. The ability to add listings to a cart and third-party integrations, such as ShowingTime and CloudCMA will be coming soon.

Large Devices

As you migrate from mobile devices to large devices like laptops, desktops, etc. the thumbnail view goes from a single-column layout to a 2-column layout allowing you to view more listings per page.

Collaboration Center

Detail View - Blue Banner Covering Image FIXED!

An issue where the blue banner at the top of the Detail View was blocking most of the images on mobile devices has now been fixed with this release.

Paragon Classic

Black Knight continues to review and target specific workflows in Paragon to simplify processes and the number of steps a task may take. As well as adding new functionality or redesigning current workflows.

Saved Property Search – Updates to Grid

Some improvements have been made to the Saved Property Searches grid to give you more information at a glance and improve the workflow.

The default filter has changed to My Searches; you can still find the ML (Association) defined defaults by changing the filter.
Sorted by Modified date, most recent at the top. No more scrolling through pages of old searches to find the latest.
New column to show who created the search; ML (Association), your contact in Collaboration Center or Me

Email Options Preference Page Update

The Email Options Preference page has been updated to present a cleaner view with more concise wording. Email Verification Status has been moved to the top and the Display Property Address option has been moved to this page.

Error Printing Tax Report FIXED!

An issue when printing the tax report in PDF format was giving an error message has been fixed with this release.

Pending Listings on the Market Monitor

You may have noticed a drastic increase in the number of Pending Listings on the Market tab. This is a result of a change to the Pending Listings on the My Info tab. To display all your Pending Listings and not have them affected by the days back a setting was changed but this also applies to any tab with Pending Listings.

Without this setting enabled and your number of days back is three, any pending listings that were reported 4 days back, would not display.

This change was made due to complaints and confusion about where those Pending Listings were and was brought to the Enhancement Subcommittee. A decision was made to enable the setting.

Rural West Big Lakes was removed as the City has broken it down into smaller communities. Including, Kinokamanau Plains Area, Trumpeter Area, Starling, Kinglet Gardens and Pintail Landing. All previous listings have been mapped to their new communities.
