The Supra integration allows you to do a variety of different things with your key boxes. You can assign/unassign key boxes to your MLS® listings. As well you can view keybox setting reports, and showing activity reports.
You will also be able to view other agents’ listings keybox settings report if a keybox has been assigned to the listing. If a keybox is not assigned to the listing, this does not mean a keybox is not on the property.
How the Supra Integration Works with Your Listings

Assign a Keybox to Your Listing
- Click Listings, then under Maintain, click Listings.
- Find the listing you want to assign a keybox to. Click Select an Action.
- Click Supra Lockbox.
- Click Assign.
- Enter the Keybox Serial Number and Shackle Code.
- Click Save.
- After the keybox has been assigned successfully, you can view the Settings or click Close.
- If the keybox is already assigned to another listing, assigning it to a different listing will unassign it from the original listing. Click Yes to continue with assigning the keybox to this listing or click No to not assign the keybox to this listing.
Unassign a Keybox from Your Listing
- Click Listings, then under Maintain, click Listings.
- Find the listing you want to unassign the keybox from. Click Select an Action.
- Click Supra Lockbox.
- Click Unassign.
- Enter the Keybox Serial Number and Shackle Code (Optional).
- Click Save.
- After the Keybox has successfully been unassigned, click Close.
