As part of our strategic priority to support members in their pursuit of access to the data that facilitates their business, we are continuing to work on improving data availability.
As of June 28, 2021, there are new record triggers for property history. When members change offices or the listing changes, the REALTOR® history will now accurately reflect the changes. Any changes to the buyer agent will also be reflected.
This will only be for the first listing agent and first buyer agent, as they are displayed on the Property History report.
