Is your client not sure whether they want a double or triple attached garage? Or do they want anything but single garages? The following will show you different scenarios and how to search for them.
NOTE: Parking is a Feature (Multi-select) field. This means when inputting a listing more than one value can be selected. This means Parking can only be searched using the Feature (Multi-select) Search Field with Must Have, Must Not Have and Must Have 1 or More options.
- Scenario One: Your client's want a property with a double garage or higher (no single garages)
- Scenario Two: Your client wants any size of attached Garage
- Scenario Three: Your client wants a Double garage but is okay with either an Attached OR Detached Garage
- Scenario Four: Must have a single attached garage

Scenario One: Your client's want a property with a double garage or higher (no single garages)
If you select Must Not Have 'Single Garage Attached' and 'Single Garage Detached' you will not get any properties in your results that have a single space. Keep in mind, if the property has a double attached garage and a single detached garage, that property would NOT show in the results.
Scenario Two: Your client wants any size of attached Garage
If you select Must Have 1 or More 'Single Garage Attached', 'Double Garage Attached', 'Triple Garage Attached' and 'Quad or More Garage Attached' you will get all properties that an attached garage.
Scenario Three: Your client wants a double garage but is okay with either an Attached OR Detached Garage
If you select Must Have 1 or More 'Double Garage Attached' and 'Double Garage Detached', you will get properties that have one or the other but only doubles. 
Scenario Four: Must have a single attached garage.
If you select Must Have Single Garage Attached, you will only get properties with a single attached garage.
| TIP! When selecting from the list option, make sure to click under the column you want. If you click on the name, it will automatically select Must Have. |
