Paragon’s Tour and Open House search allows you to search for listings that have been scheduled for a Tour or Open House by the listing agent. Agents often schedule new listings for other agents to tour them and Open House events for potential buyers to visit their listing(s).
Step 1: Click Search, then select Tour and Open House.
Step 2: Enter a date range or the number of days forward. By default, the range is entered in the next 7 days.
Step 3: Select Tour or Open House in Tour/Open House Status if you want to narrow your results. Leave the field blank to view both tours and open houses.
Step 4: Select Yes or No in Tour/Open House - Live Stream if you want to narrow your results. Leave the field blank to include results that are live stream only and in-person tours and open houses.
Step 5: Enter any other desired search criteria, then click Search.
The results open into the Tour/Open House Thumbnail report.
