We will show you how to search in Paragon in a variety of ways so that you may become more familiar with this function in Paragon to serve your clients better.
Types of Paragon Searches
There are a variety of ways to search with Paragon. Power Search and Search on the banner/navigation menu is always available in Paragon while Quick Search is only available from the homepage.
1. Power Search
This search field scans across multiple search categories including listings saved searches and contacts. It filters relevant items as you type. The more you type, the more exact your results will be!
2. Search Menu
From anywhere inside Paragon, click on the Search button to initiate a search. On the search dashboard, select the type of search you want to perform.
A. Search by Class
Searching by a specific class is very important because it allows you to break down your search into particular types. For example, if you use a Multi-Class search but only want Rural listings, it shows you residential as well. It would waste your time to have to go through all the listings when you know you only want rural properties. In that case, you would want to use a Rural Search.

B. Specialty Search
Mapping, Hotsheet, Auto Hotsheet, Property History, Inventory, Tour and Open House
C. Saved Search
Saved Property Searches and Listing Carts
3. Quick Search
If you are in a hurry and need to locate a few listings for your clients, the Quick Search provides you with fast access to those listings and displays the results with the same spreadsheets and reports as you would have if going through a more comprehensive search. Just remember this is a multi-class search!
