If you're having trouble printing reports, listings or documents in Paragon, there are two key settings to check. These browser and PDF viewer settings help ensure content displays and prints correctly every time.
1. Ensure the Adobe Extension is enabled
Paragon relies on your browser’s PDF viewer to properly display and print documents. If Adobe isn’t enabled, you may see formatting issues or blank pages.
To check in Chrome or Edge:
-
-
Open a new browser tab
-
Type
chrome://extensions/
in the address bar (works in both Chrome and Edge) or click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and go to Extensions -
Look for Adobe Acrobat or Adobe PDF Reader
-
Make sure the toggle is set to On
-
Close and reload Paragon before printing again
If the extension isn’t listed, you can download it from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons.
-
If you are having difficulties finding the extension , here is a direct link on how to install it:

2. Enable Background Graphics when printing
Paragon printouts may include colored sections, shading or watermark logos that rely on background graphics being enabled in your browser’s print settings.
To enable in Chrome or Edge:
-
Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) to open the Print dialog
-
Click More settings
-
Check the box for Background graphics
-
Proceed with printing your Paragon document
This setting ensures design elements and logos appear as expected on your printouts.
Still seeing issues?
Try these additional steps:
-
Download the report and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader for better formatting control
-
Make sure your browser zoom is set to 100%
-
Set Print scale to Fit to page in the print preview
-
Clear your browser’s cache if pages aren't loading properly
