Switching your client's saved searches to the Collaboration Center ensures they always have easy access to new matches, updates, and past listings—all in one place. Instead of digging through emails, your client can simply bookmark their personalized site or use the mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for a modern, mobile-friendly experience with automatic updates.

You’ll need to update each saved search tied to the contact, including Agent Recommended (Contacts Listing Cart on Paragon Classic).
This article walks you through how to:
- Update saved searches to the Collaboration Center
- Activate and send the Welcome Email to the client’s Collaboration Center site
- Send the mobile app invite
Steps in Paragon Classic

Click Contacts, then click View/Manage Contacts.

Find and click on the client's name.

Click Buyer Activity on the left.
- Select a saved search to update.

Click Email, then Collab Center.

Click Send Welcome Message to activate your client's Collaboration Center site.
- Enter a a brief welcome message and click Send. The welcome email, includes their unique app invitation code is automatically and download links for the Collaboration Center app in both the iOS and Android stores.
| Note, if the welcome email bounces (this can happen if there’s a typo, so double-check the email address) or doesn’t arrive, the client's Collaboration Center site is still active. You can send the invite manually. |
Sending the App Invite (if needed)

Click App Invite Code to generate the client’s unique invite.

Copy the code and paste it into an email or text message. Use your own email program (e.g., Outlook or Gmail).
Example message:
Hey! Here is the App Invite Code to use the Collaboration Center mobile app. It is case sensitive when entering. Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search “Collaboration Center” to download.
Final Step
Repeat steps 4–5 for Agent Recommended and any other saved searches attached to the client.
