Enhanced Search Customization
Your feedback continues to drive Paragon Connects evolution. That’s why we’ve reimagined the entire customization experience to make updating searches faster, easier, and more intuitive. Here are some updates below:
More Options Menu
Previously, the More Options () menu included three separate options: Customize Fields (
), Update Template (
) and Modify Containers (
).
To simplify the process, we’ve combined key features into a single, unified pop-up window—now accessible through one streamlined option: Customize Fields().
Customize Fields & Containers
Your search form customization still works just like before—you can easily add, remove, and reorder fields. But now, you can also add, edit, and organize Containers—all within the same Customize Fields pop-up window.
Tap Add (), at the bottom to insert a new container or new fields.
Tap the pencil icons ( |
Auto Save/Update Field Layout (Default Search)
We’ve simplified how you manage your default searches by introducing auto-save for field layout changes—no extra steps required.
Here’s how it works: When you're working on a default search, any fields you add, remove, or reorder will automatically save to your default layout. No need to manually update your template after making changes.
Note: This auto-save applies only to field layouts—not your search criteria—and only when editing a default search, not a saved search.
Customizing Saved Searches
When working with a saved search, no changes are auto-saved. Since these searches are often linked to contacts, we’ve prioritized your control to avoid unintended updates that could affect search results or notifications.
If you make changes to a saved search layout, simply click Apply when you're ready—nothing is updated until you choose to do so.
Update Criteria for Save Searches and Default Template
So far, we’ve focused on customizing fields and containers—but what if you want your default search to include specific criteria every time?
- Let’s say you always want the Residential search form to start with the Active and Pending status pre-filled. Once you’ve added your desired criteria and customized your form, tap Save (
).
- You’ll notice an updated dialog with two options:
• Save Search – Saves your current criteria as a new saved search.
• Save Default Template – Applies your current layout and criteria to your default search form. - Tap Save Default Template and tap Save—your personalized default is now ready to go, every time.
New – Quick Customize Option
Loving the new customization features? We’re not done yet. We’ve added a customization ( Many users aren’t aware search customization is available. With this new front-and-center icon, it’s now instantly accessible. Tap the customization ( The best part? When you add new fields from this view, they’ll automatically be added to the container you launched from—making the process faster and more intuitive. |
Customize and Save from Results using the Filter
In Paragon Connect, you’ve always been able to adjust your search criteria using the Filter ( With this release, that all changes. You can now fully customize your search—add or modify fields, adjust containers, and even update your default layout—directly from any property class search results. It’s powerful, seamless customization—right when and where you need it. |
National Branded Themes
This release includes a new set of pre-defined color themes inspired by the top 20 brokerages across North America. This is the first step in supporting a fully customizable colour palette theme builder where users may choose any colour combination they want.
These themes are based solely on the brand colours—they do not affect your brokerage's logo, name, or any identifying information. This enhancement is visual only, giving you the option to align your experience with familiar national brand colours.
This feature is available exclusively in Paragon Connect for now, with plans to expand to the Collaboration Center in a future release.
Note, while Paragons eager to expand the list, they are prioritizing brands with the broadest coverage and are unable to support every brokerage at this time.

Introducing Graphic Banner Freedom
We couldn’t let Paragon have all the fun. Paragon Connect users now get the same rich customization to truly make their experience their own.
Alongside our new theme colour options, we’re introducing even more flexibility with independent graphic banners. Previously, banners were tied to specific themes—but not anymore.
Now, you can choose from 30+ stunning background options showcasing a variety of locations, landscapes, and timeframes—from coastal scenes to mountain views and everything in between.

Quick Actions Widget Updates
We’ve made a few changes to the Quick Actions widget in Paragon Connect. With Power Search now featured prominently in the top banner, it has been removed from Quick Actions. Based on agent feedback, we’ve added a new quick action Create New CMA. This lets agents quickly launch a new EasyCMA directly from the dashboard. |
To update your dashboard, click the Customize Dashboard () icon in the top right corner of the screen. Learn more about the options and how to customize in our Paragon Connect Dashboard Customization article.
New Manual Email Template Design
Paragon Connect’s email feature for sharing listings has been upgraded with a cleaner, more professional design. Manual emails now display your logo, custom message, call-to-action, and signature, ensuring a professional touch. If you leave the subject line blank, Paragon will automatically create one—such as “Your agent has shared 3 listings with you.”
Clients will receive a mobile-friendly email that includes your name, message, and a View Listings button. This button links to CollabLink, opening directly to the listing detail view for single listings or a thumbnail gallery for multiple properties.
The updated templates are fully responsive, compatible with both light and dark mode, and continue to appear in your Sent Messages for easy reference.
Agent Recommendations with Default Comments
In a previous update, Paragon introduced an optional comment field for agents when recommending a listing. If a comment was added, consumers using the Collaboration Center mobile app received a push notification highlighting the recommendation.
However, if no comment was entered, no notification was sent--reducing the visibility for the consumer.
To improve engagement, they've added a default placeholder comment: "Here is a listing for your review." If the agent does not enter a custom comment, this default will be used and a push notification will be sent. This ensures that every recommendation draws attention, even without a personalized message.
A New Way to View Reports
As Paragon gears up to introduce new reports, we've improved how you access them-making the experience cleaner, faster and more intuitive. Now when. you click or tap the View Switcher (), reports will appear in a sleek side sheet instead of a bottom drawer or pop-up window. This new layout offers more space, better organization and easier navigation across all available reports.
To help you stay oriented, the active report you're viewing will now be subtly highlighted with a background effect--making it easy to see exactly where you are.
Collaboration Center
Contact Manual Email TemplatesWhen your client emails you manually from Collaboration Center or CollabLink the email template is in a newly updated design. The new templates are cleaner, mobile-responsive, and fully compatible with both light and dark modes. Each email includes the Paragon Connect logo at the top, along with sender (your client’s name) details and the message—presented in a modern, easy-to-read layout. |
Paragon Connect App
Expiring Listing Alerts - Now as Push Notifications
Managing your active listings just became more efficient! The Paragon Connect mobile app now sends push notifications directly to your phone for listings nearing expiration, complementing the email alerts you’ve been receiving. These notifications are designed to give you real-time updates so you can act promptly. When you tap the notification, you’ll be taken straight to your Listing Maintenance page, where only the expiring listings are filtered for quick action. This enhancement ensures you never miss an opportunity to update or manage expiring inventory, keeping your listings organized and your workflow seamless. |
App Log In Workflow for New Users
The setup screen in the Paragon Connect mobile app has a fresh new look, with cleaner visuals and a more polished design—all while keeping the same great functionality.
New users will now see a dedicated screen to create a password during setup. For existing users, the flow stays the same, but everyone benefits from the updated interface.
This enhancement makes onboarding smoother and helps guide users through secure password creation when needed.
Paragon Classic
Improved Partial Listing Retention
Partial listings will now be deleted based on their Update Date instead of the Input Date. What does this mean for you? This means that as soon as you re-save a partial listing, the purge date will extend for another 30 days. This ensures that recently modified partials are retained, giving agents more flexibility to complete and publish listings without losing progress.
The updated purge date will be displayed in Paragon Classic under Partial Listings.
Additional Viewable Records in Tour & Open House
Paragon has enhanced the Tour/Open House (T/OH) section in Listing Maintenance to simplify your workflow and ensure you never miss crucial information. Previously, the grid displayed only the first 10 entries, which could lead to overlooked records—particularly on smaller screens or in partial view. Now, the grid shows up to 20 records by default, giving you a comprehensive and clear overview of your scheduled tours and open houses. This improvement helps you efficiently manage multiple listings and stay on top of your busy schedule.
