While Paragon Classic remains available, development efforts continue to focus on the Paragon Connect Suite. Critical fixes and select updates for Paragon Classic will still be addressed, but enhancements prioritize Paragon Connect and the Collaboration Center. |

Paragon Connect
Power Search Smarter Sorting and Agent Search
Paragon updated the All Results feature in Power Search to improve how listings display after a search. Listings now automatically sort by Active status first, helping you find the most relevant properties faster.
Searching for agents is also easier. You can now find members by either first or last name, giving you more flexibility when searching for contact information.
New Message History
A new Message History feature is now available under My Content. This centralized area gives you quick access to all the messages you’ve sent to clients—including auto-emails, manual emails, and text messages.
You can Filter () by message type (Automatic, Manual, SMS) or by date range, and Search (
) by message title or specific client email address. This makes it easier than ever to find exactly what you need without jumping between contacts.
It’s a faster, more organized way to keep track of your client communications.
Showing Requests – Now Tracked in Message History
When your contacts use the Request a Showing feature in the Collaboration Center, the request emails are now stored directly in the relevant contact’s message history in both Paragon Connect and Paragon Classic, helping you stay organized without switching screens.
Previously, these notifications were only stored in Sent Messages under Contacts in Paragon Classic, making them harder to track.
This update streamlines your client communications, making them easier to access.

Photo Gallery – Rotate Phone for Full-Screen Viewing
Viewing listings just got better! Now, when you or your clients view photos in the Paragon Connect or Collaboration Center mobile apps, you can rotate your phone horizontally to enjoy a full-screen photo gallery.
You can also pinch to zoom and view details up close, offering a more immersive experience.
EasyCMA
Easily Add Documents to your EasyCMA Reports
You can now easily upload and attach your own PDF documents to EasyCMA reports.
Add one or multiple PDFs—such as marketing materials, agent introductions or service overviews—directly into your EasyCMA reports. These documents will be included in both the digital and print-ready versions.
Additionally, you can add, delete and reorder documents within your EasyCMA reports, giving you the flexibility to create more personalized and professional presentations for your clients.
CMA Document Library – Organize Your Documents
Paragon has also launched the CMA Document Library, a dedicated space where you can store your frequently used PDFs.
Upload your standard materials once and easily reuse them across multiple reports. You can even mark important documents with a star to have them automatically included in every new CMA report.
This update gives you more control over your reports, streamlining your workflow and ensuring consistency across presentations.
EasyCMA – Footer Updates
The CMA footer customization setting has been removed. This option was previously disabled but still visible, causing confusion. Reports will continue to display the required RECA disclaimer automatically.
Collaboration Center
Improved Listing Navigation
The Collaboration Center now includes improved navigation, making it easier for your clients and prospects to browse listings. When viewing a Detail Report, they can simply move forward or backward through selected listings—no need to return to the results page.
This update creates a smoother and more intuitive experience, helping your clients stay engaged and informed as they explore properties.
Corrections and Improvements
- Subscribe (Opt In) confirmation messaging updated to match new process.
- Corrections for the Price/Sqft value to display properly on spreadsheet views.
