If the search was inactive or disabled when your client’s email bounced back, you can turn notifications back on by following the steps to reactivate the auto-email.
- Click Contacts in the navigation menu, then click View/Manage Contacts.
- Find the contact and click their name.
- Click Buyer Activity on the left.

You'll see one of the following icons next to each saved search:
•– notifications are turned off
•– email notifications are active
•– Collaboration Center is active with automatic notifications

Select the search name you want to re-enable.

Set the Notification Option to Email or Collaboration Center for each saved search.

If you're enabling Collaboration Center, new matches and updates will appear on the client’s site automatically—but it’s a good idea to re-send the Welcome Email so they can access it easily. Click Options to setup the notifications settings.

If you're enabling auto-email notifications, click Add Email Notification and set up the notification settings.
NOTE: any missed matches since the search was disabled won't be sent automatically. You'll need to manually resend those listings. Follow these steps to resend email matches.
