This past December, a new Correction feature was enabled in Paragon that allows you to anonymously report any listing irregularities directly to the Listing Associate and the Brokerage.
What’s in it for you? The correction feature in Paragon helps to preserve the integrity and accuracy of the data – which means you can be sure the tools you are using are accurate, up to date and continue to make you the trusted expert for your clients.
How does it work? From a single listing detail report view, simply click on the Correction button to provide a detailed description of what needs to be reviewed or corrected. An email is sent to the Listing Associate and Broker -- they will be given seven days to review and correct. If the listing is not corrected after the seven days, the RAE MLS® Help Desk Staff will review the request and follow up if necessary. Please note that the pop-up window states that the administration will review the email, however, that is only if the listing has not been corrected by the Listing Associate after the seven days have passed.
