All of your Active Contacts will display in the Contact Manager, along with a summary of their Collaboration Center activity.
Any changes made on Paragon Classic or Paragon Connect will be synced with the other device. This is to ensure that you are always working with the most current contact information.
From the home page of Paragon Connect, select "Contact Manager"
Filter/Sort
Use the Filter/Sort button in the top right corner to filter your Contacts list by Status or Type, and Sort by Name, Date, or Last Visited Date.
Adding Contact
Will allow you to quickly from the convenience of your device add a contact to your list with some basic contact information.
IMPORTANT: Full contact details are only available on Paragon Classic.
Contact View
Click any of the Contacts to go to that Contact’s Buyer Activity screen.
Edit
Use the edit button from the top right hand menu to edit the Contact’s basic information. Any changes made to the Contact information in Paragon Classic or Paragon Connect will update to the other platform, so your Contacts are always in sync.
Use the email button in the top right menu to send an email to your contact.
Any Emails sent from Paragon Connect are stored in the Contacts Email History on Paragon Classic.
