Listing carts are used to organize and save Listing ID numbers for your personal use. Want to quickly open the properties you are showing your clients? Save them to a Listing Cart and you can quickly find them while on the go. With Listing Cart capabilities, you can collect and store listings from anywhere in Paragon Connect, whether you're running a property search, power search, open house, etc.
Unlike Paragon Classic, where Listing Carts are used for both personal organization and client recommendations, in Paragon Connect, Listing Carts are exclusively for saving listings for yourself. To recommend listings to clients, use the Recommended feature. Both features sync in real-time with Paragon Classic, ensuring that updates are visible across both platforms. |

Add to Listing Cart
1. From your search results in Paragon Connect, select the checkbox on one or more listings.
2. Click More Options (), then Add to Cart.
3. Choose an existing cart or create a new one by clicking Add (). For this guide, we'll create a new cart.
4. Name the new listing cart and click Save.
5. Your new cart, along with the selected listings, is now saved automatically.
Access your Listing Carts
1. To access your listing carts, click the Menu (), then My Content.
2. Click Listing Carts.
3. To search for a specific listing cart, click Search ().
Listing Cart Card
Each listing cart shows the Name and the total number of listings in the cart. As well as the following actions:
1. Notes
Click Notes to add or view notes associated with the cart. You can add up to 512 Characters.
Use this feature to:
- Document the purpose of the Listing Cart, such as which client this listings are being shown to, the date and your meeting point.
- Keep track of any additional information or context that might be useful for future reference.
2.View
Click View to see the listings in the cart. You can choose between map view or spreadsheet view or click the listing photo to view the detail view.
Select one or more listings, then click More Options () , to add them to another Listing Cart, recommend them to clients, remove them from the current cart, or get driving directions to the properties.
To return to the Listing Carts screen, click the browser’s back button.
3. More Options
Click More Options () to access additional actions:

Add Listing: Manually add a listing to the cart by entering the Listing ID number. This is useful for including a listing that wasn’t part of your initial search.

Add to CMA: Add the listings in the cart as comparables to a new or existing EasyCMA report. This feature helps you generate a comparative market analysis report with ease. Learn more here.

Rename: Change the name of your Listing Cart to better reflect its contents or purpose, such as renaming it based on the client or the type of properties it contains.

Delete: Permanently remove the Listing Cart from your account. Use this option if the cart is no longer needed or if you want to clean up your list of carts.
