The Dashboard—also known as the Home Screen—is the first screen you see after logging in to Paragon Connect. It serves as the central hub, offering quick access to essential information and tools to keep your real estate business running smoothly. This article will guide you through the various components of the Dashboard to help you effectively manage your daily activities and stay informed about important updates.
The Dashboard consists of the following components (click a heading to jump to that section):

Menu

At the top left, tap the Menu () icon to open the menu and navigate to the various features of Paragon Connect. If you see a notification badge on the Menu icon (), it indicates that you are currently assuming another person’s identity. When assuming another identity, you’ll also see an option within the Menu. Tap the Return to Original User () icon to switch back to your own account. |
Association Messages
To stay informed about RAE news, system maintenance windows, important events, and more, keep an eye on the Association Messages () icon on the Paragon Connect dashboard. If you notice a notification badge on the icon (), it means you have a new message to read.

Hotsheet Alerts
This monitors any updates to hotsheet searches that you have turned on to have alerts.
You will see a pink badge appear above the fire icon when there are new updates. Tapping on the icon will take you to the Hotsheet Alerts page where you will see all your saved alerts.

Power Search Bar and Near Me searches
Quickly searching for properties is essential to every agent’s workflow. The Power Search Bar with the Near Me () search feature makes it easy. Located at the top of the Paragon Connect Dashboard, it provides a streamlined starting point for searching properties, agents, contacts, or listings.
In the Power Search, you can search by address, listing numbers, contact names, agent or office names, as well as phone numbers and email addresses. For listings, Power Search integrates Google Address search functionality for a more intuitive experience.
Need to check the price or status of a property nearby? Skip typing the address—tap the Near Me () button to instantly view your location on a map with nearby listings.

Agent Image
Quickly update your agent image by tapping on your photo. If you are on a device with a built in camera, you can even take a photo.
When assuming another identity, you’ll also see an option within the Menu. Tap the Return to Original User () icon to switch back to your own account.

Buyers Tab
Active BuyersParagon Connect provides a detailed view of your prospective buyers' activity. You can track how many listings they marked as Favorite, Possible, or Rejected. It also shows if they created any new searches on their Collaboration Center site or sent any comments. All buyer activity from the last seven days is available on the main dashboard and within each contact’s record. |
Quick ActionsThis section provides shortcuts to frequently used features, including:

My InventoryThis section offers a snapshot of your listing inventory over the past three months, except for the 7-Day Expire Alert. Note: Access to unpublished listings isn't available yet, as the Add Listing feature is not yet enabled. |

Unread CommentsView and respond to unread comments from your prospective buyers, with the most recent at the top. Tap a comment to view both the listing and the message. You can also tap the contact's photo to open the ConnectView. |
Sellers Tab
The updated Seller Dashboard and Activity pages bring enhanced speed and functionality, making it easier to monitor your clients' property activity. From here, you can quickly view stats on how buyers have categorized listings on their Collaboration Center site.
To see more detailed statistics, click the More Options ( ) icon.
Your Seller Activity
The Seller Activity section provides an overview of the listing's performance, including how many buyers marked it as Favorite, Possible, Rejected, or had it recommended by their agent. You can:
- Assign a Contact to a listing. Tap the Add () button. Then select your client.
- View Listing Details
- Edit the Listing
- View the Listing Activity Report
Note: Listing statistics will only display if a contact is assigned to the listing.
