How do I search for basement suites?
Inside of your residential search go to "Customize", then select "Fields"
in the Find window type in "Suite"
If you are looking for legal suites only you will want to checkmark 2nd Suite Permit by Seller
If you are just looking for a suite, in general, you will check mark Secondary Suite
Click on "Add" to add it to the list of selected fields in the right column
NOTE: You can move the items up and down to have them appear on the search screen in a specific order.
Then click on "Apply".
The field(s) will have been added to the bottom of your criteria, scroll down to see it, and put a Yes in the box that you want to search for results.
