You want to have an Open House, and a Live Virtual Open House allows you to accomplish this and stay within the regulations.
A Virtual Open Houses is a great way to still show the property safely and also interact with those potential purchasers that take your tour.
Hosted by the listing agent and open to the general public at a scheduled time, for an online interactive virtual tour of the property.
Create the Virtual Open House URL
You need to create the live stream link from one of the applications listed.
The most common live stream platform is using Facebook.

To ensure your clients and the general public are being provided with the best service from our Live Stream feature, Paragon has implemented a restricted list of sources. Only URLs that support live video will be permitted in the Live Stream URL field in Add Open House and Add Tour.

Add the Virtual Open House URL to Paragon
Click on "Listings" and then "Maintain Listings"
From the list that is displayed find your listing that you wish to add a virtual open house to and click on "Select and Action"
Then choose "Add/Edit Open House"
From the next dialogue box, ensuring that you have Add/Edit Open House selected click on "Add New"
You will notice that at this time the only option available is "Live Stream" and it is set as a default.
Select the date and time for your open house, including comments, no need for directions or refreshments.
Then click on Save.
Once you have saved your open house, it will now start appearing in Paragon Open House searches.
The URL will also appear on various Open House reports
It will also be visible on Paragon Collaboration Centre Portals for anyone who has a matched listing:
The live stream Open House well also flow to REALTOR.ca and become part of the DDF Feed.
