Showing Time offers a Pre-Scheduling form prior to all showings being booked via Showing Time.
Starting February 1st, Brokers will be able to turn on an office-wide ShowingTime COVID-19 Health Check Questionnaire Pre-Scheduling Form that appears during the online scheduling process. When implemented, agents must agree to the terms posted on the pre-scheduling form to proceed with scheduling. If they choose to not agree, they are guided out of the scheduling process.
What does this mean for you?
Buying (Showing) Agents: When scheduling a showing through ShowingTime, you may be asked to read and agree to a COVID-19 Health Check Questionnaire before being able to book the showing.
Listing Agents: This form can only be enabled/disabled at the office level. If your broker/manager chooses to enable you cannot disable it. Click here to see how your broker/manager can set up the form
If this is enabled for the office, can individual agents turn off?
No, at this time the form can only be enabled/disabled at the office level.
What will a Buyers Agent see when they try to book a showing with the COVID Form turned on?
From Paragon select the property that you wish to show and click on the showing time link:
From the page that appears choose either Single Showing or Showing Cart
A window will pop up asking you to complete the COVID-19 Health Acknowledgement form as shown here.
If you click "No, I do not agree" then Showing Time will not allow you to book an appointment.
If you click "Yes, I agree" then Showing Time will present you the schedule page whereby you can choose the date and time of your showing.
