The Search Activity tab is where your buyer clients can view and manage their saved searches, track property listings, and stay updated on their search activity. This tab includes seven different widgets that provide a comprehensive overview of their listing activity.

Updates
The Updates widget shows activity since the client’s last visit, including the date and time they last accessed the site. Activities are categorized as New Matches, Price Changes, Status Changes, Open Houses, and First Photos. Clients can click on the number in each category to view the Thumbnail View or Detail View if only one new listing is available.
Important: If multiple clients share access to the site, the Last Visit updates for all. The first client to view new matches will see the updated listings, while others will see zero new matches. Accessing the site in Agent Mode does not reset the last visit date and time. |
Matched Listings
The Matched Listings widget displays the total number of listings that match the client's saved searches criteria.
Preserved Listings
The Preserved Listings widget (previously called Archived Matches) shows listings that were marked as Favorites or Possibles but are no longer linked to an active saved search due to changes in the search criteria or listing data.
Recommended
The Recommended widget is where your clients will find listings that you’ve suggested. These may fall outside of their current search criteria but are properties you believe could be a good match. Learn more about How to Recommend Listings for Your Buyers With Comments in Paragon Connect
Quick Actions
The Quick Actions widget provides shortcuts to frequently used features, including:

Categorized Listings
New listings will appear in the Undecided category until your client moves them into Favorite, Possible, or Rejected categories based on their preferences.
Unread Comments
The Unread Comments widget displays any unread comments you’ve made on listings, sorted from newest to oldest. There’s also a quick link to view the full comment history at the bottom of the widget.
Clients can tap a comment to view both the listing and your message. To get more information before replying, they can tap the listing photo at the top of the comment box or the More Options () icon. If they need to contact you directly, they can tap the Phone () icon.
