The Request a Showing (
) feature allows your clients to directly send a property showing request to you, their buyer's agent. The listing agent and seller are not notified or involved. Once the request is received, it's up to you to book the showing based on the listing’s Private Remarks and Appointment fields (e.g., Appointment Name and Number).
How Clients Can Request a Showing:
Request a Showing () can be found via More Options (
) on the Thumbnail View, Full Detail View and Comment pop-up window.
As well as on the Action Bar when a listing is selected on the Thumbnail View.
The Full Detail View also offers a quick action link for convenience.
Fill out the request form, including Date, Time, and any additional comments. Then click Save.

Once submitted, you'll receive an email with the client’s showing request.
