Agent Preview gives you full control over which listings your clients receive. Instead of sending new listing matches directly to clients, they are sent to you first for review. This allows you to carefully select which listings you want to share, ensuring that only relevant matches reach your clients.
Turn on Agent Preview
You can turn on Agent Preview for all of your contacts in Preferences or on a Client-by-Client Basis. We recommend setting it up on a Client-by-Client basis.
- Click Contacts in the navigation menu, then click View/Manage Contacts.
- Find the contact you want to update and click their name.
- In the left-side menu, choose Contact Information.
- In the Collab Center Search Options drop-down, select Agent Preview.
- Click Save.
Managing Agent Preview
Once Agent Preview is enabled for a client, two new columns—Needs Approval and Disapproved—will appear in the Contact Manager screen.
- Needs Approval: Displays the number of listings awaiting your review.
- Disapproved: Displays all the listings you've disapproved.

Note: Once a listing is approved, it cannot be disapproved later. However, disapproved listings can be approved at any time. |
Reviewing Listings
- Click on the number in the Needs Approval column to view the listings.
- Select the listings you want to approve or disapprove.
- Click the respective button (Approve or Disapprove).
- Once all listings have been reviewed, click Finish Preview.

Tip: To view more details about a listing, double-click on the listing or click on the Listing ID# to access the Agent Detail View. |
