You can send a message to your contact and your contacts can also make comments to the agent. An email alerting you about the comment is automatically sent.
Click on the Share Icon under Thumbnail View, Tile View or the Map Detail Window in the Map View to reveal the options.
Click on Add Comment.
A window will open for you to add a comment or review previous comments.
Via the Detail View
Within detail view, the comment window is located below the Photos & Map.
Communication – Comment History
To view comment history, click on the Communication tab.
Here you can review all comment history and make additional comments. Click on View Detail to get more information about the property.
New Comment Notice
The new comment notice will only display comments made by you and the agent, but not your clients. This section is for your clients to be notified of your comments on listings.
Contact Activity Widget
The Comments tab displays comments made on listings by the Client in the Collaboration Center. The comment will remain visible on the widget (within the selected number of days back) until you reply.
The display includes the Contact name, the Listing ID # and Address for the property, and the Comment.
Click the Listing ID # to see the default Listing Detail report.
Click Reply, to open the Manage Comments pop-up window to view the entire comment and reply to the Contact
