Finding the perfect property requires exploring a wide range of options, categorizing each one thoughtfully, and tracking their details to make informed decisions.
Your clients can view listings in the Collaboration Center in three ways: Thumbnail View, Map View, and Full Detail View. Each offers a unique way to explore the properties that match their criteria.
When clients receive notifications of new matches or visit their bookmarked site, they are taken to the Collaboration Center Homepage. From there, they can click on the counts under Updates, Matched Listings, or Categorized Listings to begin exploring properties.
Note: If a client clicks on an individual listing from the notification preview, it will take them directly to the full detail view of that listing.
This article covers the different ways clients can view listings, how to sort them, and how to apply filters to refine their search. Click the links below to jump to a specific section:

Toolbar Actions
The Toolbar always appears at the top of the listing views, providing quick access to actions. Clients can switch between Map View () or Thumbnail View () (depending on which view they're in), apply a Filter (), or Sort () the listings to make browsing more efficient.
Sort Listings
Your clients can easily sort listings by clicking the Sort () icon. This feature allows them to organize properties in a way that best fits their needs. Sorting options include:

Encourage your clients to experiment with these sorting options to quickly find the properties that best match their preferences.
Filter Listings
Clients can also refine their results by applying filters. The available filter options depend on whether they’re viewing properties from the Matched Listings, Updates, or Categorized Listings sections.
-
Updates Filter (from the Updates widget and notifications): Clients can filter updates by New Listings, Price Changes, Open House, First Photo, and/or Status Change to stay focused on relevant changes.
-
Search Filter (from the Matched Listings widget): If your client has multiple saved searches, they can narrow down results by filtering listings to show those from a specific saved search. The filter defaults to All Searches, but clients can select a specific search, such as those for different areas (e.g., St. Albert or Spruce Grove).
💡Tip: Set up separate searches for different areas so you can easily disable individual ones without needing to edit them
-
Category Filter (from the Categorized Listings widget): Clients can refine their view by selecting from listing categories they've assigned, such as Undecided, Favorites, Possible, or Rejected.
Note: When a client views listings from their Saved Searches or performs a Property Search, the filter options will reflect the search criteria they’ve entered. |
Listing Views
Thumbnail View
The Thumbnail View offers a quick, visual overview of multiple listings at once, making it easy for clients to browse, access key details, and take actions like tagging or favoriting. It’s perfect for quickly scanning properties and staying organized. Below are some key features:
- Checkbox: Select one or more listings for bulk actions like comparing, categorizing, or tagging them.
- Photo Gallery Icon: Clicking opens the gallery in a larger view, allowing your clients to scroll through listing photos. They can toggle the display of photo labels/descriptions and expand photos to full screen by clicking the Expand () icon.
- Key Listing Information: This section helps clients quickly assess the key features of each listing at a glance, such as the number of bedrooms, price, and status. If the price has changed, a price increase or decrease arrow displays next to the price with the amount.
- Update Badge: Displays the type of update (e.g., Price Change) to indicate recent changes to the listing.
-
Categories & Tags: Clients can organize listings by marking them as Favorite, Possible, or Rejected using the icons. They can also tag listings for further organization, placing them into folders. A listing can be both categorized and tagged.
Map View
In Map View, clients can see listings plotted on an interactive map, giving them a clear visual of property locations. This helps them easily explore areas of interest and interact with listings based on location. Clicking the Map View icon switches the display to a map, where saved listings appear as individual flags or clusters, depending on the zoom level. Clusters are shown as numbered circles, which can be clicked or zoomed into to reveal the individual listings.

Full Detail View
In Full Detail View, clients can dive deeper into the specifics of a property, with detailed information and high-quality photos. The Toolbar at the top allows them to quickly mark a listing as Favorite, Possible, or Reject, or access more options like commenting, tagging listings and requesting a showing. This view provides everything clients need to fully evaluate a listing and take action. |
