How do I get my Receipts for Dues, Fees and Other Charges
Login into the Member Portal realtorsofedmonton.com

Then click on "Account Management"
- For new receipts, after December 19th 2022, click on the down arrow next to "Finance" on the header and choose "My Paid Invoices" and follow the steps below.
- For receipts, prior to December 19th 2022 choose the "My Historical Receipts" option. Instructions on how to work through them can be found by clicking here.
For "My Paid Invoices", your receipts will be listed by the invoice date. The Billing Type column will show you what the invoice was for; in the case of the example below, you will see the invoices were for Event Fees.
From here you can select the invoices by the number, which will then open the invoice/receipt
Once the invoice is open you can choose "Generate Invoice" in the bottom left corner, to view and download the invoice.
Then choose "Download Invoice"
This will create a word document that will be saved to your computer.
How it saves is dependent on your browser (Chrome will put a window in the bottom of the browser bar).
Select the saved word document to open, save or print it.
