ShowingTime sets listings to auto archive after 14 continuous days off the market.
This was determined to be the optimal number of days to accommodate various scenarios including off-market listings that are reactivated and put back on the market.
For those agents that don’t want to wait for the listings to automatically archive, we made sure they had the ability to manually archive their listings and remove it from their active inventory right away.

The “instructions viewed” activity in the Showings On My Listings report is an FYI to the listing agent to let them know someone was interested in the property.
Agents aren’t able to schedule appointments on off-market listings so other agents are unable to view the showing instructions.
Agents can manually archive their off-market listings early by clicking the “Archive” button from the listing worksheet if they’d like and that will prevent anyone from attempting to schedule.
