Email providers use filters to block or limit spam, but sometimes legitimate emails—like Collaboration Center updates, showing requests or system alerts—get flagged by mistake. Whitelisting important email addresses helps ensure they land safely in your inbox.
As a REALTOR® keeping lines of communication open is key. Missing a showing notification or a client comment could cost you time, opportunity or trust. Adding essential senders to your whitelist gives your messages the green light every time—and ensures your clients receive theirs, too.
What is a Whitelist?
A whitelist (also known as a Safe Senders list) marks specific email addresses or domains as trusted. When a sender is on your whitelist, their messages won’t be blocked or filtered to your spam folder. In contrast, blacklists block all emails from designated addresses.
