What is an MLS® System?
The MLS® System is a co-operative marketing program among Members of RAE which ensures maximum exposure of properties to the greatest number of potential buyers. The MLS® System has been Canada’s most powerful real estate marketing system for over 40 years. It is available only to REALTORS®.
Members access current and historical MLS® System information for the greater Edmonton region from a computer database. This information allows REALTORS® to match buyers with properties and to perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), critical in valuing your home or other real estate property to sell in the current market.
When a property is listed on the MLS® System, pertinent details about it are automatically published on REALTOR.ca for potential buyers worldwide.

The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton and the team from Ice continue to work on identified priorities and issues based on your feedback. Any questions you have about an enhancement request you have made can be sent to technology@therae.com. Ice releases an upgrade to Paragon approximately every six weeks. These upgrades will consist of enhancements, bugs, new functionality and design improvements. Watch your email for release notes on the upcoming upgrades.
Recommended System Requirements
Paragon is cross-browser compatible, tablet compatible, accessible to both Mac and PC users, and allows for multi-tasking capabilities. For optimum Paragon system performance and reliability in today’s technology sphere, these minimum hardware and software requirements are recommended.

RAE Login
To access Paragon, you simply go to http://rae.paragonrels.com and log on with your RAE Login credentials. If trying to access Paragon on your mobile device, you will need to use your devices internet browser as there is no “App” for Paragon.
Bookmark Paragon
One highly underutilized function with any computer and mobile device is the shortcut icon. Learning to use and manage shortcuts will give you a huge advantage with more than just Paragon.

Clear Browser Cache
Clearing your internet browser’s cache is an effective way to improve your internet browsing experience and to resolve a range of browsing problems. Browsers store web pages, images, and downloaded content as a “cache” to make internet browsing seem faster. A build-up of these files over time can degrade browsing performance and cause you to see outdated information on web pages.

Browser Errors
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Remove malicious toolbars and add-ons.
- Try a different browser.
- Reset your browser to default settings.
- Adjust your pop-up settings.
Sign-in Issues
- Make sure your caps lock is off.
- Add Paragon as a Trusted Site
- Reset your password.
NOTE Although basic troubleshooting may resolve most browser or sign-in issues, restarting your computer can help the changes go into effect.
