There are times that your system may not be running efficiently or certain websites may not be responding as they should. It is a good idea to always start with clearing your browser cache to help ensure you are working with a clean system.
To learn how to clear your browser read the directions for your specific browser.
NOTE: Internet browsers are constantly updating, which means the steps for clearing cache and cookies may be slightly different from the steps listed below. If you notice that the steps below do not match what's on your browser, it is recommended that you check the version of the browser you're using. To learn what version of internet browser you are currently running or to download the latest version please click here.
Chrome
Click on the 3 horizontal dots under the “x” on the top right corner of the browser, then click on history.
Click on clear browsing data button on the far left side.
Under the Basic tab. Make sure you have all 3 checked off
(Browsing history, cookies and other site data and cached images and files).
If you have been having difficulties it can extend the time line to clear data. It is recommended that you typically use at least 24 hours.
Then click on "Clear Data" at the bottom of the page.
Once it has done clearing your history re-boot your computer to finish the process, after which you can try again to visit the site that was giving you issues.
If it still doesn't work repeat the process above and possibly go to advanced and check off all the boxes or change the time to longer than 24 hours, and then clear data.
Edge
Click on the 3 horizontal dots under the “x” on the top right corner of the browser. Then click on History and then click on "Clear browsing data"
Make sure you have checked off "Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files" then click on "Clear now" at the bottom of the dialogue box.
Once those have been checked off then hit clear.
You can also do it for a longer period of time from the Time range drop down. We would recommend at least 24 hours or longer.
Once it has done clearing your history re-boot your computer to finish the process. Then you can go back into your site.
If it still doesn't work repeat the process above and check off all the boxes and/or change the time to longer than 24 hours, and then clear data.
Firefox
Click on the 3 horizontal lines under the “x” on the top right corner of the browser. Then click on options
then on privacy & security.
Once in that page scroll down till you see history and then click on this icon.
Make sure there are checkmarks for "Browsing history, cookies and cache" then click on "Ok" at the bottom of the page.
You can also do it for a longer period of time from the Time range drop down. We would recommend at least selecting Today.
Once it has done clearing your history re-boot your computer to finish the process. Then you can go back into your site.
If it still doesn't work repeat the process above and check off all the boxes and/or change the time to everything, and then click ok to clear data.
Reboot the computer and go back into your site.
Safari
If you want to delete the browser cache in Safari, you can do that quickly with a keyboard shortcut or through the developer menu.

The fastest way to clear your cache is to use following shortcut: [CMD] + [ALT] + [E].
Clearing the cache through the developer menu
You can also enable a developer menu in Safari to enable several professional options. To display the developer menu:
- Select the first item "Safari" in the main menu and from the drop-down the item "Preferences..."
- A popup opens. Click on the tab "Advanced" then scroll down and check the option "Show Develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom.
- Now you should see a new menu item in the main menu named "Develop".
- If you click on the menu item "Develop" you can select "Empty Caches" from the submenu items.
- Reload the site.
