There are times when your system may not be running efficiently or certain websites may not be responding properly. In such cases, it's a good idea to start by clearing your browser cache. This helps ensure you’re working with a clean system, allowing websites to load properly and function as expected.

Note: Internet browsers are regularly updated, meaning the steps for clearing cache and cookies may vary slightly from those outlined below. Chrome
Click on the 3 horizontal dots under the “x” on the top right corner of the browser, then click on Delete browser data.
If you're experiencing ongoing difficulties, it may be necessary to extend the time range when clearing browsing data. For best results, it's recommended to clear at least 24 hours of data, or ideally, go back as far as 4 weeks. This ensures that any corrupted cached files, cookies, and other data causing issues are fully removed
Then click on Clear Data at the bottom of the page.
After clearing your browsing data, restart your computer to complete the process. Once it reboots, you can return to the site and check if the issue is resolved
Edge
Click on the 3 horizontal dots under the “x” on the top right corner of the browser. Then click on History.
Click on the Trash Can icon beside the 3 dots
Ensure you have selected "Browsing history," "Cookies and other site data," and "Cached images and files" in the Clear browsing data menu. Then, click "Clear now" at the bottom of the dialog box.
For best results, use the Time range option to clear at least 24 hours of data. However, for a more thorough cleanup, it’s recommended to go back as far as 4 weeks. This helps ensure that any corrupted cached files, cookies, and other data causing issues are fully remove
Once those have been checked off then hit clear now.
After clearing your browsing data, restart your computer to complete the process. Once it reboots, you can return to the site and check if the issue is resolved
Firefox
Click on the 3 horizontal lines under the “X” on the top right corner of the browser. Then click on History
Click on the 3 horizontal lines under the “X” on the top right corner of the browser, then click on "Clear Recent History".
Ensure the boxes in the image are checked. you can choose options for last hour, Last four hours, since 12:00 am and everything. Since 12:00 am option is recommended however if the problem persists then everything option would be the best troubleshoot option for th scenario.
Once in that page scroll down till you see history and then click on this icon.
Make sure there are checkmarks for "Browsing history, cookies and cache" then click on "Ok" at the bottom of the page.
You can also do it for a longer period of time from the Time range drop down. We would recommend at least selecting Today.
Once it has done clearing your history re-boot your computer to finish the process. Then you can go back into your site.
If it still doesn't work repeat the process above and check off all the boxes and/or change the time to everything, and then click ok to clear data.
Reboot the computer and go back into your site.
Safari
Clearing the cache through the Settings menu:

Click Safari then Settings, then click Privacy.

Click Manage Website Data.

Select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All.
Removing the data may reduce tracking, but may also sign you out of websites or change website behaviour.
