You have the flexibility to customize your Collaboration Center site, including adding your contact information, social media links, a video bio, and setting default search classes for your clients. Additionally, you can configure how Paragon notifies both you and your clients of events in the Collaboration Center.
You can set up your Collaboration Center settings in either Paragon Classic or Paragon Connect. This guide will walk you through each setting and show you where to find it Paragon Classic.
For users of Paragon Classic, there's also the option to use the Collaboration Center Preferences Wizard, which guides you step by step through the setup process. Please note that the Preferences Wizard can only be run on a computer; it is not compatible with tablets or smartphones. If you're using a tablet or smartphone, you'll need to go to Preferences to set up your site manually.
Navigate to the Collaboration Center Preferences
1. Click Preferences, then Collab Center.
2. The preferences will open to the first section, Agent Information.

Agent Information Settings
Here you can set up the information to display about yourself on the About Your Agent page in the Collaboration Center and email notifications.
Agent Name
Enter the full name you would like to display. Since this is marketing to your clients, you can change how your name appears on your Collaboration Center webpage.
Display Primary Phone Number
Check the box to display the primary phone number.
Primary Phone Number
Select the primary phone number to display if the box above is checked off.
Display Secondary Phone Number
Check the box to display the secondary phone number.
Secondary Phone Number
Select the secondary phone number to display if the box above is checked off.
Display E-Mail Address
Check the box to display your default email address.
Display Web Page
Check the box to display the web page.
Display My Story Video
Check the box to display your video bio as entered into the field below.
My Social Networks
To provide further advertisement for the agent, you can add a link to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. This will add an Icon to your Collab Centre site next to your name.
My Story Video Link
If you have a video uploaded to a video streaming site, you can paste the direct link to that video in this field and the video will appear beside your personal contact information page on the Collab Centre.
Agent Image
Upload a square .jpg or .png image to ensure your profile photo fits perfectly within the designated area on your Collaboration Center site and in email signatures for notifications. If your image is not square, you can use a third-party tool like imagy.app to resize it before uploading to Paragon. Updating the Collaboration Center Agent Image does not affect your main Agent Image.
- Ensure your image is a square before proceeding.
- Click on the agent image.
- Choose your image:
- If the image is already in your photo library, click on the image to select it. Go to step five to finish.
- If the image isn’t in your photo library:
A) Click Upload Image.
B) Click Add Files to open your computer's file explorer or drag and drop the image from a folder into the whitespace.
C) Next, click Start Upload.
- If the image is not automatically highlighted, click on it to highlight it in orange.
- Finally, click Insert Image to complete the process.
About Me Page Message Settings
Click About Me Page Message to update the message that appears on the About Your Agent page in the Collaboration Center.
Using the Rich Text Editor, create a welcome message that outlines how you'll use the Collaboration Center to assist your clients. You can also include your resume or any other important information you'd like to share with them.

Links Settings
Click Links to add website links under Additional Resources on the About Your Agent page. Use this feature to offer helpful and relevant external links that enhance your clients' experience, such as resources about a city or community they are moving to.
To delete or modify a link, check the box next to it, then click Delete or Modify. Follow the steps below to add a new link.

Click Add.

Enter in the website URL.

Un-select Link Name Same as Address and enter the name of the link.

Click Save. The link is now added to your list.
Office Information Settings
Click Office Information to set up the office information you would like to display on the About Your Agent page. The office phone number can only be changed by the office broker/manager.
Primary Phone Number
Select the primary phone number to display.
Display Secondary Phone Number
Check the box to display the secondary phone number.
Secondary Phone Number
Select the secondary phone number to display.
Notification Options
Click Notification Options. Here you will select which activities within the Collaboration Center and saved searches that will send you and your client notifications. |
Agent Notification Options
Select which actions will trigger email auto-notifications that you want to receive. These settings cannot be adjusted individually.
Client Notification Options
Select which actions will trigger notifications for your clients in their Collaboration Center and Auto-Email Notifications. This setting eliminates the need to adjust options each time a new search is created. Current notifications will maintain their existing settings, while any changes you make will apply to future searches.
Search Options Settings
Click Search Options to set the default search and notification type preferences for new contacts.
Click the drop-down box to select your preferred default option. Your options are:
- Disable: Auto-notifications are enabled, and clients cannot set up their own searches.
- New Only: Clients can set up their own searches, and you can opt to be notified about new or changed searches under Notifications options.
- Agent Preview: You have full control over the listings sent to clients. Instead of automatically sending new listing matches to clients, you can review and approve or disapprove them before they are notified.
New Only Search Settings
The following settings, Search Classes and Searchable Status, apply to the "New Only" search type. Even if you don’t use "New Only" as your default, we recommend configuring these settings. Note that these settings cannot be adjusted on an individual basis.
Search Classes
By default, clients can search across all five classes. Select the classes you want your clients to be able to search. This is particularly important if you specialize in specific classes.
Searchable Status
By default, clients can search for listings with Active and Pending statuses. You can choose to deselect one or both statuses, but at least one status must be selected for searches.
