Message Center Widget
The Message Center widget is located on the Homepage. It can be moved to any position on the left or right of the Homepage Message widget. The Message Center widget will alert you if you have missed a Message of the Day, an Automatic Email Notification is about to expire, or you have a recovered listing input.
Message of the Day
The ML Messages will display messages from the REALTORS® Association regarding upcoming system downtimes, known issues or upcoming Paragon releases.
Automatic Email Notification Expiration Notice
When you setup Automatic Email Notifications, one of the settings is the expiration date of the notification.
If you want to be sure Paragon will continue to deliver your auto notifications beyond their expiration date, watch the Message Center for expiration notifications for your opportunity to renew the notification.
You can see your Expiring Notifications on the Homepage Message Center widget or upon login. An alert will appear three weeks prior to each email notification’s expiration.
Extend or Deactivate an Expiring Notification
The expiring notification pop-up window will open upon clicking on the message center number link or when you first login.
The auto notifications that are set to expire (turn off automatically) are displayed.
A - Click on the plus sign beside the Save Search Name to view additional information about the notification.
B - Select checkmark box to choose the notification you wish to Deactivate or Renew.
C - Click on Deactivate if you no longer need the auto notification.
D - Click on Renew to automatically extend the auto-notification for another 12 months.
E - Click Cancel to close the window. You can return to this pop-up window via the Message Center.
When entering a listing, prior to saving the listing as a partial, it will automatically save at 60 second intervals. If you leave the Input Screen open and either the browser was closed by accident or Session Time Remaining reaches the ‘Session Time Out’, when you log in again, a message will appear in the Message Center Widget on the homepage that there is a Recovered Listing.
How to recover a Listing
Step 1 - Login to Paragon.
Step 2 - Click on Recovered Listing in the Message Center widget.
A pop-up window will open. Select one of the following options on how you want to proceed with the recovered Input Data.
A - By clicking on Cancel, you will be taken back to the Paragon homepage and can continue working in other areas of Paragon. If you attempt to input a new listing, you will be reminded that a recoverable listing exists.
B - By clicking on Remove, Paragon will delete the saved input data from the system, and the input data for that specific listing you were working on will no longer exist.
C - By clicking on Load Recovered Listing Input Data, you will be able to continue working on the listing with some of the input data recovered, saving you time instead of starting from the beginning.
