Assume Identity allows users to work on each other’s behalf in the Associations MLS® System without sharing login credentials. Office administrators can assume the identity of their broker/manager to add or modify listing data on behalf of the broker/manager and all agents within the office. Agents can share their identities with assistants or team members. To protect listing input data integrity on behalf of all members RAE has an audit process in place.
The Assume Identity link will not appear in your User Menu until another person, in your office, has given you permission to assume their identity.
