How can I manage ShowingTime Notifications as a Team, Co-Agent or Assistant
Going on vacation, work as a team or have an assistant helping manage appointments on your listings?
With ShowingTime, you can add an assistant or another agent to handle your showing requests and still stay in the loop and never miss an appointment.
Step 1: Each individual needs to set up their profile and notification options on their own account. This includes assistants. Sign in to Paragon and do not Assume an Identity.
Step 2: Click on Preferences, then ShowingTime Setup.
Step 3: Click Edit Profile.
Step 4: On the profile, fill in your contact preferences, choose your notification options and default settings. For in-depth information about each option, read ShowingTime’s Knowledge Base Profile Settings.
Step 5: After setting up the profile and notification options, return to Paragon and Assume the Identity of Listing Agent 1.
Step 6: Click on the Listings menu, then click Listings.
Step 7: Find the listing you want to add the agent/assistant to and click Select an Action. Then click ShowingTime Setup.
Step 8: The Listing Worksheet for this listing will open. Under Contacts, click Add New Co-Listing Agent.
Step 9: Search for the co-agent or assistant name, then click on their name.
Step 10: Choose Notification preferences. Each individual can have similar or different notification preferences.
