Collaboration Sell Side provides statistical information about who is viewing, favoriting, and recommending the seller's listing. Is your Seller Client buying a home too? No problem! They can collaborate with you as both a buyer and a seller in one easy-to-navigate experience.
Note: if this is the first time you have used the Collaboration Center, you will have to follow the Collaboration Center wizard to set up a site. The Buy side and Sell side use the same setup, so you only need to do this once total.

Enable Email Reports
After associating the listing, set up auto email reports with a summary on all activity related to your seller’s listing. You can also set this up for yourself.
The email contains information on the number of new comps (comparables), the number of times the listing was marked as a favorite, possible, rejected, or left undecided, the number of times the listing was viewed by clients/agents and more since the last email report was sent.
1. Click Disable to enable the auto email report. |
|
2. Under Client Scheduling, choose to send your seller a Daily or Weekly update email. Note: The weekly update email is sent every Thursday. The real estate agent views and prospective buyers summarizes the activity on the listing for the week. |
|
3. Under Agent Scheduling, you can choose if you want a copy of the Daily or Weekly update email. |
