The seller side utilizes the same portal system as the buyer side and provides statistical information about who is viewing, favoriting, and recommending your seller's listing.
The statistics displayed are the same as the ones found in the Listing Activity Report (via Select an Action in Listing Maintenance) only displayed in a more visually appealing format. The other benefit to using the sell side site instead of the listing activity report is the client can visit the site at anytime and receive email reports.
Is your Seller Client buying a home too? No problem! They can collaborate with you as both a buyer and a seller in one easy-to-navigate experience.
Note: If this is the first time you have used the Collaboration Center, you will have to follow the Collaboration Center wizard to set up a site. The Buyer side and Seller side use the same setup, so you only need to do this once total.

Activity (Listing Statistics)
Let’s take a look at a detailed explanation of each statistics.
Listing Views
Listing Views tracks both the number of times an agent and prospective buyer viewed your listing in a detail view. For example, if an agent views your client’s listing in a detail report within Paragon, it counts as an agent view. Same for any prospect that opens the listing in a detail view within the Collaboration Center. Also, the chart shows a green bar if you change the price of the listing so that you can see the activity after the price change. The chart has three-time frame options 14 days, 30 days, and 90 days.
ShowingTime Activity
This is view only for your client and displays key stats from ShowingTime.
Prospective Buyers Activity
Through the current Collaboration Center Buyer Side, buyers can mark listings as a favorite, possible or rejected listing. The prospective buyer activity displays how many times your client’s listing is marked as a favorite, possible, rejected or left undecided. Allowing your clients to view how popular their listing is in the eyes of prospective buyers.
Real Estate Agent Views vs Prospective Buyer Views
The next section of the sell side dashboard shows your clients the total number of times an agent and a prospective buyer has viewed your listing detail.
Real Estate Agent Recommendations
Real Estate Agent Recommendations displays how many agents have recommended your clients listing to a prospective buyer that is outside of their current search criteria.
Number of Saved Searches
The saved search section shows your client the number of times their listing has been saved in a search created by either an agent or a prospective buyer.
Note: It is up to each individual member to turn on the ability for a client to search on the Collaboration Center site.
Social Activity
The social activity section tracks the communication and sharing of your listing with agents and prospective buyers. The number of times your client’s listing was emailed, or any comments made about its buyer either an agent or prospective buyer display.
Competition
The second tab on the site allows your clients to view their property’s competition. The map displays any Active or Sold listings using similar characteristics of your client’s listing.
How it Works:
The system searches for similar properties sold in the last 6 months.
Residential criteria:
Same number of bedrooms
Number of bathrooms (plus/minus 1)
Non-residential criteria:
Acreage/square feet (plus/minus 10%)
Note: Closest properties are weighted more heavily. Maximum search radius is 10 miles or 50 matches, whichever comes first.
