As an agent, you can easily access your personal sales statistics through the Statistical Reporting feature in Paragon at any time. This tool lets you track your sales performance and see how your numbers compare over different time periods.
For Brokers or Managers: If you are a broker or manager and would like to see any of your agents' sales statistics or office/firm rankings, you can do so by following the steps in the Viewing Agent Rankings in Paragon (Broker/Manager) article. |
Customizable Date Ranges
You can search your statistics using customizable date ranges—monthly, quarterly, or yearly. The report will display the total dollar value of listings you’ve sold and listings you’ve listed but were sold by others.
At the beginning of each year, RAE publishes the qualifying top sales for the year and past years, which can be found on the Member Portal. Remember, any reference to qualifying for Top Sales should only be referred to as a member. Other references, such as "Executive" Member, while creative, are not permissible. When advertising any claims for representation of performance, please be aware of Article 15 of the REALTOR® Code: Interpretation 15.2 states: Representation of performance (e.g. #1, top selling, etc) must include the geographical area referred to, the relevant time frame (e.g. January-June 2004) and the source or basis on which the claim is based (e.g. Based on the number of sales on the MLS® System of the relevant Board for the specified time period). |
How to Generate Your Sales Statistics
- In Paragon Classic, click Resources, then Statistical Reporting.
- On the left, click Broker, then Sales Detail.
- Click Agent.
- Choose your Date Range: Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
- Click Generate to create the report.
- You can either print or export your report to Excel for further customization.
Note, a sold property is referred to as a “unit”, with 0.5 units going to the selling agent and 0.5 units going to the buying agent. If there is more than one selling or buying agent, that 0.5 units is split equally amongst them. |
This feature gives you the flexibility to view your sales numbers and track your performance, helping you stay on top of your business throughout the year. Once you have generated your report, you can print it using the Paragon Report view, or export it into Excel to create custom reports, allowing you to add a personal touch to the statistics and analyze the data in a way that best suits your needs.
