To sign up and activate your password to access various CREA and AREA tools and applications, follow the setup process for your CREA login. The process may vary if you're a member of more than one CREA Board. Choose the appropriate link below to follow the steps:

• Only a RAE Member
• Member of more than one CREA Board

Note: After completing the setup, it may take up to 15 minutes for your password to sync across other sites you need to access.

Only a RAE Member

1. Visit the CREA Member Portal.
2. Click Sign Up to create your activate your account.
   
3. Enter the email where you receive leads from REALTOR.ca (your marketing email registered with RAE).
   
4. Check the box labeled I'm not a robot and click Send Instructions.
   
5. Open the email from REALTOR.ca noreply@realtor.ca and click Set up my login.
   
6. In the setup window, enter your email address and confirm it.
   

   TIP! We recommend using your primary email to ensure it's unique and matches the email used for your RAE login credentials, making it easier to manage.

   

7. Enter your desired password and check the I'm not a robot box, then click Next.
   
8. Check your inbox for the email containing the verification code from REALTOR.ca noreply@realtor.ca.
   
   Note: The code expires in 3 minutes. If it expires, click Resend.
9. Enter the verification code and click Next.
   
   
10. Enter your mobile phone number for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). We recommend using the same number as your RAE login.
    
11. Enter the code sent to your phone and click Next.
    
12. Choose whether to opt-in for CREA news and promotions, then click Finish.
    
13. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Use these credentials to log in to all CREA applications.
    

Member of More Than One Board

If you’re already a member of another CREA board and have a CREA Login, you still need to create a RAE login. Follow these steps:

1. Click Sign Up on the CREA login page.
   
2. Use the same email address as your other CREA board login when starting the account creation process.
3. When prompted, select RAE as your board.
4. Complete the remaining steps to finish creating your login.

After setup, each time you log in to a CREA site, you will choose which board to sign in to.

RAE Mandatory Education

To access your RAE mandatory education, always log in using your RAE login. Once signed in on the Learning Hub at learning.crea.ca, click RAE Home on the left-hand menu to access your RAE courses.
