Message Center Alerts for Expiring Listings and Search Notifications

Power Search Improvements
Paragon has made several enhancements to Power Search based on user feedback, making it easier to use and improving visibility.
Near Me Icon Now Separate
The Near Me () icon is now separate from the Power Search Bar, making it more visually distinct and easier to use as a standalone feature. This change also applies to the address search bar in the Collaboration Center.
Faster Access to Near Me Search
Previously, if you tapped the Power Search Bar but wanted to search near your location, you had to close Power Searchand then tap Near Me. Now, the Current Location option appears immediately when you open Power Search, giving you instant access to the map and a faster way to find nearby listings.
Improved Address Search Visibility
The address search in Power Search now displays three results instead of five. This update prevents important content from being hidden by the keyboard on certain smartphones, improving visibility and ease of use.
EasyCMA - Adjustments in Printed Reports
Now, your EasyCMA adjustments seamlessly carry over to printed and PDF reports, ensuring your customizations are always reflected. With this update, the Summary of Comparable Properties page will now include both default and manual adjustments, giving you a polished, professional report every time.
Corrections and Improvements
- Update to default font colours for better visibility
- Fixed issue with loading content while scrolling when device zoom is greater than 100%
- Corrections for showing Message Center notice of listings that should not automatically expire
- Update to the Help Link on Collaboration Center to reference the new help site
