This article consolidates all updates for Q1, with highlights communicated after the second release of each month. For full details, check back here as updates are added throughout the quarter.

While Paragon Classic remains available, the focus is shifting to the Paragon Connect Suite. Critical fixes and select updates will continue for Paragon Classic, but development efforts prioritize Paragon Connect and the Collaboration Center.

Paragon Connect

New Power Search Filter—Refine Your Results with Ease

The newly introduced All button in Power Search transforms how results are displayed, providing quick access to the most relevant listings while also enabling a broader property search when needed.

Now, refining those results is even easier! A new Filter lets you narrow down searches by specific statuses and classes, giving you complete control over what appears in your results. Plus, each status and class now displays a listing count, so you can instantly see how many matches are available before applying your filters.

Near Me Default Zoom

Paragon heard your feedback and improved the zoom level for the Near Me or Current Location search. The map now zooms in further, giving you a clearer, more accurate view of nearby listings, making it even easier to find properties in your area.

Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center Photos

Seamless Full Size Photo Navigation—Click, Scroll, and Loop with Ease

Listing photos are essential to buying and selling a home, and now navigating them is smoother than ever! The enhanced photo gallery lets you and your clients view full-size images with seamless navigation. No more opening and closing each photo individually—simply click or scroll through photos or effortlessly loop through the entire gallery. This update saves time and makes it easier to explore every detail.

Available in both Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center, as well as their mobile apps, this new functionality ensures a more intuitive browsing experience on any device.

Get a Closer Look with New Zoom Capabilities

Building on these improvements, zoom functionality has now been enhanced across all devices. While pinch-and-zoom was previously available on the mobile web browser version of Paragon Connect, it wasn’t yet part of the mobile app experience—until now!

The latest update enables pinch-and-zoom on both the mobile web and app versions, allowing you to explore every detail of a property with ease.

For those using laptops and desktops, the large photo gallery now supports zoom and pan functionality using a mouse or track pad, giving you even greater control over how you view listing images.

These enhancements ensure a seamless, powerful photo-viewing experience, no matter how or where you access your listings.

Easily Track Listing Photos with New Photo Count

To further improve navigation, the total number of listing photos is now displayed in the gallery. When viewing photos in full-size mode, the app bar will indicate your position—e.g., “Photo 7 of 9”—so you always know exactly where you are in the gallery.

Clearer Update Indicator

Home buyers receive key updates throughout their journey—new matches, price changes, open houses, status updates, and more. Since timing is crucial, tracking when these updates occurred just got easier. The update indicator now includes a clear label and Notified X days ago.

EasyCMA

EasyCMA has been updated with several new tools to help you generate quick detailed and accurate CMAs with minimal effort.

Enhanced Address Search for Improved Accuracy

Finding the right property is now easier with a streamlined address search experience. Instead of navigating to a separate page, address searches now open in a pop-up window, making the process more efficient.

New Time-Saving Features:

Pinpoint Accuracy – Instantly use your current location to populate the subject properties address. If you're at a seller’s home, simply tap the map pin icon, and the address will be automatically selected.
Address Not Found? No Problem! – If an address doesn’t appear in the search bar, you can now use the Can’t Find Address link. This gives you the option to either enter a Listing ID or manually enter the address details.

Improved Verify Map Location for Precision Placement

Accurate location placement is essential for CMAs, especially for areas with multiple addresses nearby. Paragon made the Verify Map Location tool even better by:

Expanding the map to full-screen mode, so you can clearly see and adjust the pin’s location.
Moving the Confirm button to the app bar for quicker access.
Adding helpful instructions in a new footer, guiding you through the verification process.

Simply drag and drop the pin to refine the location, confirm the placement, and you’re all set!

Subject Property Detail Layout and Address Display

The Subject Property Detail has been updated with several new features and improvements. First, we switched to a two-column layout instead of a single column, allowing more fields to be displayed on the screen and reducing unnecessary scrolling.

Edit Address Display

Additionally, we introduced a new section at the top that lets you control how the address information appears on your final CMA report. This adjustment does not affect the pin location of your subject property but allows you to customize the address display. For example, if Google returns the address as "1078 E Michigan Ave," you can modify it to show "1078 East Michigan Avenue" without abbreviations.

Manually Add a Subject Property with Full Control

While Google Maps excels at charting an ever-growing list of properties, there are times when certain locations just don’t make the cut—whether it’s a hidden gem in a less-travelled area or a brand-new community.

To ensure you never miss a beat, we’ve added a new feature that lets you manually enter subject properties with ease.

Here’s how it works:

Start a new CMA – Start by Clicking Add ()on the bottom right of the screen.
Enter the address – Start by inputting the property’s address details.
Pin it precisely – Place a map pin exactly where the property is located.
Complete the details – Fill in the required property fields, and your subject property is ready to go.

It’s fast, simple, and ensures you’re always one step ahead, no matter where the listing takes you.

Use Listing ID for Subject Property Creation

Speed up your EasyCMA creation process by using an Listing ID. Instead of manually searching for an address, simply enter the Listing ID, and EasyCMA will automatically populate the subject property's details, including the address, square footage, year built, and more. This feature eliminates the need for manual data entry, ensuring accuracy while saving time.

Create a CMA Directly from a Listing Cart

Need to pull listings quickly? You can now start or update an EastCMA report directly from a Listing Cart in Paragon Connect! This new option makes it easier to collect comparable properties without extra steps.

Main Navigation Updates

Paragon’s navigation menu has been updated for better usability and consistency with ICE MLS Solutions branding. The Paragon Connect button now features the dark design with the updated Paragon Connect icon. Additionally, the Membership button has been renamed to Roster for clearer navigation.

Corrections and Improvements

Update to the Paragon Connect Menu to change the text Members to Roster.

Power Search - Search All Results!

With Power Search in Paragon Connect, you’ve always been able to quickly find 15 relevant matches. But sometimes, you need a more comprehensive search to locate exactly what you're looking for.

Now, Paragon Connect goes even further! Along with showing the most relevant matches, you can run a full property search based on your input. The View button has been renamed All, and it now performs a complete search, taking you to a thumbnail view of all possible matches. This update ensures you never miss an opportunity and makes finding the right property easier than ever!

Update to the Email Opt-In/Out Subscription Manager

Paragon has enhanced the Opt-In/Out Subscription Manager! The screens have been rebranded to align with the sleek ICE (Intercontinental Exchange, Inc) logo and colours. The workflow has also been simplified, making managing subscriptions faster and easier for you. Now it’s more user-friendly than ever, helping your clients stay in control of their email preferences.

Timeframe option on Updates Widget

The Updates Widget just got smarter! This essential feature helps your prospective buyers stay informed about new matches and updates to their listing searches—keeping them engaged and excited about their home-buying journey. Previously, updates were only visible based on the buyer’s last visit. If they had limited time to explore, some updates could get missed and reset the next time they logged in. But not anymore!

With this release, Paragon introduced a powerful new timeframe option that puts control in the hands of your buyers. A simple button on the widget now opens a dialog where buyers can choose how far back they want to see updates.

This added flexibility ensures buyers never miss important updates, giving them the confidence to make informed decisions at their own pace. With the enhanced Updates Widget, you’re not just offering convenience—you’re delivering a better buying experience.

My Saved Searches Updates

Managing saved searches just got easier. With this update Buyers can still access their saved searches, but now each search includes a comprehensive breakdown: the total number of listings, plus counts for undecided, favourites, possibles, and rejected listings. Additionally, searches are now conveniently organized into two categories—buyer-created searches and agent-created searches. While buyers cannot edit searches created by their agent, they now have expanded control over their own saved searches, with even more editing capabilities.

Notification Change Types

Buyers now have greater control over the types of notifications they receive for the searches they create, ensuring they stay informed about what matters most to them!

Buyers now have the flexibility to decide exactly when they receive notifications for the searches they create, putting them in full control of staying updated on their terms!

Delete & Edit

The updated search cards now come packed with exciting new features, but rest assured, the ability to edit and delete buyer-created searches is still available. These options have simply been relocated to the convenient overflow menu for a streamlined experience. Buyers can also view and run agent-created searches, maintaining seamless collaboration—though editing or deleting those searches remains restricted to ensure clarity and control.

New Side-by-Side Comparison View for Seller Competition

Paragon has introduced a side-by-side comparison feature to the Sell Side Report. This allows your sellers to view their property and compare it to similar listings, providing valuable insights to help them make more informed decisions.

CollabLink and Collaboration Center now honour Display Address Field

Now, listings with the Display Address set to No will no longer show the street address when viewed outside of Paragon Connect and Paragon Classic, such as in Collaboration Center or CollabLink. This change ensures privacy while maintaining seamless functionality.
